1. Which countries do you ship to?
We only ship to countries within the European Union.
2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs depend on the country of delivery.
- The Netherlands: €5.95 (free shipping from €60)
- Belgium, Germany, France: €9.95 (free shipping from €100)

3. How long does delivery take?
Orders placed on weekdays before 12:00 PM are usually shipped the same day. Delivery time within the Netherlands and Belgium is typically 1–3 business days. For other EU countries, this may take a little longer.
4. Is Frederic Patric Parfum cruelty-free?
Yes. All our products are cruelty-free: we do not test on animals and only work with suppliers who adhere to this policy.
5. Are your perfumes vegan?
Many of our perfumes are formulated on a plant-based basis. Please contact us at info@fredericpatricparfum.nl for specific questions about ingredients or allergies.
6. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an email with a Track & Trace link from PostNL.
7. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at info@fredericpatricparfum.nl. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can usually still modify or cancel it.
8. What if my order arrives damaged?
Please check your order immediately upon receipt. In case of damage, contact us within 48 hours by email and include clear photos of the product and packaging.
9. Can I return my order?
Yes. You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is unopened and unused. Return costs are at your own expense. Please contact us in advance for return instructions.
