GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS – FREDERIC PATRIC PARFUM

Article 1 – Definitions

In these terms and conditions, the following definitions apply:

1. Entrepreneur: Frederic Patric Parfum, located in Roosendaal, Netherlands.

2. Consumer: The natural person who is not acting in the exercise of a profession or business

and enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur.

3. Distance contract: An agreement whereby, within the framework of a system organized by the

entrepreneur for distance selling of products, only one or more communication techniques are used.

4. Reflection period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

5. Right of withdrawal: The possibility for the consumer to withdraw from the distance contract within the reflection period.

Article 3 – Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer made by the entrepreneur and to every

distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

Article 4 – The offer

1. The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products offered.

2. Every offer contains sufficient information for the consumer to clearly understand their rights and obligations upon acceptance.

Article 5 – The agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions set forth therein.

Article 6 – Right of withdrawal

1. The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. The withdrawal period starts the day after the consumer has received the product.

3. The right of withdrawal does not apply to perfumes whose seal has been broken after delivery, due to hygiene reasons.

Article 7 – Costs in case of withdrawal

The consumer bears the direct costs of returning the product, unless otherwise agreed.

Article 8 – Exclusion of right of withdrawal

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal is possible for:

a. Products that cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and whose seal has been broken (such as opened perfumes);

b. Products manufactured according to the consumer's specifications.

Article 9 – The price

1. All stated prices include VAT.

2. Any additional costs such as shipping costs will be clearly stated before the order is placed.

Article 10 – Delivery and execution

1. The entrepreneur strives to deliver orders as soon as possible.

2. Delivery takes place at the address provided by the consumer.

3. If delivery is delayed, the consumer will be informed in good time.

Article 11 – Payment

1. Payment must be made in advance via the offered payment methods.

2. The consumer is obliged to immediately report any inaccuracies in payment details provided.

Article 12 – Complaints procedure

1. Complaints can be submitted in writing or by email to info@fredericpatricparfum.nl.

2. Complaints will be answered within 14 days. If a complaint requires a longer processing time, the consumer will receive an indication of the period.

Article 13 – Disputes

Agreements between the entrepreneur and the consumer to which these terms and conditions apply are exclusively governed by Dutch law.
